Booking and conclusion of the contract

A booking is created by sending an enquiry or booking via the website, e-mail, telephone or another agreed communication channel and by subsequent confirmation by the operator. The confirmation includes in particular the selected dates, property, number of persons, price and any additional stay conditions.

Price and payment

The accommodation price is governed by the confirmed offer or current price list. The operator may require a deposit. Unless agreed otherwise, the balance is due no later than on arrival or according to the instructions in the booking confirmation.

Changes and cancellation

Changing dates or cancelling a booking is possible by agreement with the operator. Any cancellation conditions, deposit amount and rules for its refund are governed by the individually confirmed booking, especially the length of stay, dates and nature of the ordered service.

Stay rules

Guests must use the accommodation with care, follow the operator’s instructions, observe quiet hours, safety and fire rules, and respect the surroundings. The guest is liable for damage caused to equipment or the property under applicable law.

Complaints and final provisions

Any comments about the stay should be raised without undue delay, ideally during the stay, so that a remedy can be arranged. These terms are model information text and the operator may further specify them according to the confirmed booking and applicable legal regulations.
